この絵本はあまり日本語訳をしなくてもリズムもテンポも良いので小さな子ども達も集中が途切れる事がありません。イラストも可愛くて細部まで描き込まれているのでいつも新しい発見がある良書です。

2020年9月28日今年のベビークラスは付き添い下の子率が高い👶
…なので…離乳食の下の子ちゃん達にも食べてもらえるようにかぼちゃと紫芋ペーストの野菜あんで甘過ぎない優しい味のおはぎを作りました。
【材料】＊もち米 4合 ＊うるち米 1合
＊砂糖 大さじ2 ＊塩 少々
＊水は炊飯器の5合の目盛りに合わせる
＊白餡 ＊粒餡 ＊紫芋ペースト ＊かぼちゃペースト
紫芋とかぼちゃは個体によって水分量が違うので、裏ごししてみて、固ければみりんを半量に煮詰めた煮切りみりんでのばす。
柔らかい時は小鍋にペーストと砂糖を入れ弱火で焦がさないようにゆっくり火を入れ水分を飛ばす。
甘さは少し甘いかな…と思うくらい⁈
