Many children can not meet with their grandparents who live far away,and express their love for them, because of the continuing pandemic.
We made origami “omamori” to send to these grandparents. The children drew pictures and wrote messages, such as “ take care of your health “, which they put inside.

“The wheels on the bus” is a popular children’s song in Europe and America.
It has a fun melody with with lots of onomatopoeic words such as- like “the wheels go round and round”, “the wipers go swish swish swish“ and so on!
We made steering wheels from old newspapers and tape and then we all drove the bus around the classroom!
【材料】 ■卵黄 Ｌ４個 ■卵白 Ｌ５個 ■グラニュー糖 ９０ｇ ■サラダ油 ３０ｃｃ
■ブルーベリージャム 80g ■薄力粉 １００ｇ
【下準備】■薄力粉をふるっておく■オーブンを170℃に予熱
【作り
①卵を卵黄と卵白に分け卵白に２/３のグラニュー糖を少しずつ加えて泡立てメレンゲを作り冷蔵庫へ。
②卵黄のボウルに残りのグラニュー糖を加え、白くもったりするまで泡立てる。
③サラダ油とブルーベリージャムを加え、薄力粉をもう１度ふるいながら加え、その都度良く混ぜ合わせてる。
④生地に②のメレンゲを泡立て器でひとすくい加えよく混ぜあわせる。（ここではメレンゲがつぶれてもいいのでよく混ぜて）
⑤ゴムべらに持ち替えて残りのメレンゲの半量を加えて、さっくり混ぜ、更に残りのメレンゲを加えてボウルの底から切るようにさっくりと混ぜる。
※ここでメレンゲが残っていると生地の穴あきの原因になります。
手早くしかし丁寧にしっかり混ぜて
⑥紙コップに生地を流し込みます。トントンと空気抜きして下さい。
⑦１７０℃に予熱したオーブンで２０〜２５分焼く。
⑧焼けたらすぐにオーブンから取り出し冷まして、ハサミで紙コップに少し切り込みを入れる。（手で破って食べやすい）

ベビークラスのお持ち帰りおやつ
飯田でのコロナ感染者の数が減ってきたので次回のレッスンからはおやつタイム復活しようかな(*^_^*)
#とろとろプリン
【材料】＊粉ゼラチン･････１袋（５ｇ） ＊水･････大さじ２ ＊卵･････２個 ＊卵黄･････２個 ＊砂糖･････４０ｇ ＊牛乳･････１カップ半 ＊生クリーム･････1/2カップ ＊バニラエッセンス少々
【作り方】
1.ゼラチンを分量の水でふやかす
2.ボウルに全卵と卵黄を入れ、砂糖を加えてよく混ぜ合わせる。
3.鍋に牛乳を入れ中火で沸騰手前まであたため、①のゼラチンを加えてよくとかす
4.②のボウルに③の牛乳を加えて混ぜる。一度こして、そのまま冷ます。
5.粗熱が取れたら氷水にあてて、生クリームとバニラエッセンスを加え、とろみがつくまで冷やす
6.器に流し込み、冷蔵庫で冷やしたらできあがり♪
